Application:
MICORPOROSITY SEALANT – Single component
metal impregnation on the spot without vaccum
or pressure by excellent chemical creeping
properties. Cures at room temperature. Can
be applied without equipment or special knowledge
in ferrous and non ferrous castings. Pressure
tight 400 BAR. Temperature +220ºC to
– 500ºC – 50ºC.
Spray or brush locally or dip completely.
Let dichtol drip off and impregnate more parts
or close the dipping container until next
application. No vacuum or pressure, no pre-heating,
no energy consumption, little time consumption
only. Extremely resistant to temperatures,
pressure & chemicals. Seals, impregnates
and remains tight.
Modern proven metal impregnation on spot without
any equipment using capillary method. Approved
by German Gas Institute and drinking water
application. All impregnated parts are highly
resistance to 400 BAR pressure, temperature
resistance upto +500°C. Chemical aggressive
under environmental influence. |
