prototype sealing systems for one - of mechanisms to consultancy
in the field of hydraulics. Since, we manufacture the
sealing systems & now the hydraulic mechanisms we
are in a position to improve the performance of earlier
systems as per latest requirements. In addition we also
conduct preventive maintenance and overhauling of systems,
which are a necessity to save valuable resources before
they are wasted due to machine down time and damages are
caused.

Design & Prototyping of Hydraulic Systems The experience & expertise gained by
Triumph Engineers, which spreads over a decade and
a half, in designing of Seals for hydraulic and Pneumatic
systems as well as the advantage of being a manufacturer
of these systems, have provided us with the advantage
of being able to design and create prototypes for
use by various organizations
Preventive Maintenance of Hydraulic Systems We carry out regular maintenance of Hydraulic
and Pneumatic systems, which is generally under contract.
These maintenance routines are timed based on our
customer’s requirements to ensure that there
is minimum down time.
Overhauling & Upgrading Hydraulic Systems We also overhaul and upgrade old systems
so as to bring about improvements that lead to the
opportunity of changing as well as adding advanced
features into these systems.
Later, after entering
into a technical collaboration with Diamant Metallplastic
GmbH, we started providing additional services to our
customers, in various industries, in the field of manufacturing,
overhauling, repair and protection of metal based systems
using advanced polymer techniques.
Manufacture of Precision Components With the use of advanced polymer based techniques
we undertake the manufacturing of precision components
such as half – nuts, box nuts, etc… at
our works
Overhauling of Dynamic Components of Machines In addition, we also overhaul dynamic machine
elements such as Slideways, collars, etc… by
using the polymer systems to achieve low friction
values, while saving time and other valuable resources.
This may be done on-site or at our works.
Precision Alignment of Machine Elements Making use of our polymer based systems,
we help our customers in the ultra-precise alignment
of machine elements.
Repair of Defective Components in Metal
Working Industries We also make use of certain polymer formulations
to repair defective components in the metal working
industries, such as the repair of blow holes, wrong
holes, cracks and sealing of porosities.
Training of personnel In addition to the other services, we also
provide our customers with training on the use of
advanced polymer techniques.
