- Liquid Metals:These
are single component, ready to use metal putties
filled with selected metals to repair pin holes
and surface defects on metal components. Liquid
metals are available in 3 different grades viz.
Liquid Aluminium, Liquid Steel and Liquid Cast
Iron.
- Diagum:
A 2 component rubber like repair product especially
formulated for maintaining of rubber components
or in similar applications.
- ProChem:
This is a hard elastic coating system which
is used in to protect areas against chemical
attacks.
- High Temperature
Metal Polymer: These are non-hazardous,
water mix products for filling big size casting
defects. This is a unique polymer having temperature
resistance up to 600ºC to 900ºC.Æ
- Iron Cement:
This is a non – hazardous water mix product
used by steel plant furnaces. Temperature resistant
up to +1600ºC.
- Balance Plastic:
This is a 2 component material used
for Balancing the rotor in motors & replacement
of lead weight.
- ProCoat:
Hard elastic coating system formulated to resist
vibration, effects of atmospheric temperatures
& saline conditions.
- >RR< Metal:
A special formulation used to stop
leakages on the spot within 3 – 5 minutes,
approved by Lloyds. Temperature resistance up
to +220ºC

| Emergency Repair Kits: |
- Ship Repair Kit:
This is particular kit is approved by the Lloyds
Registrar of Shipping and German Lloyds. This
system is used for stopping oil & water
leakage, on wet and oily surfaces, and also
gives protection against corrosion, erosion
& cavitation. Temperature resistance to
+150ºC.
- Pump Repair
Kit: To provide wear resistance to
components of pumps thereby increasing the life
of the pump
- Emergency Transformer
Leak Repair Kit: This kit has been
developed to solve the leakage problems in transformers
on – site without the use of special equipment
